Association Balloting, LLC was founded by two community association managers with a combined two decades of experience, who recognized a need to form this now vital partnership. With the passing of Senate Bill 323 in 2020, this necessitated the demand for Inspectors of Elections to assist Community Associations with all of their election needs.

Marcia Coppola, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Marcia Coppola has been in the community association industry for over 15 years. As a seasoned manager, she currently holds her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations. Both she and her Business Partner, Carolina are experts in the field and are well versed in the Davis-Stirling Act.
Marcia's dedication, commitment to work, stellar execution, and sense of professionalism will ensure your election process is effortless and will go off without a hitch!
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and two dogs. She also enjoys going to concerts, dancing, wine-tasting and binge watching her favorite series.
Carolina Badillo, CMCA, AMS
As a community manager for the past 6 years, Carolina has earned her CMCA and AMS designations. As an experienced manager, Carolina knows and understands the importance of accuracy during association elections. Whether it's a Board Election, Recall, Special Assessment, Amendments in Governing Documents, or a Restatement of the Governing Documents, Carolina and her Business Partner, Marcia have the experience to deliver a flawless experience as your inspectors of elections.
When Carolina is not working she enjoys dinner dates, drinking coffee, home décor, and loves spending time with her family.
